You can order your repeat prescriptions online using the form linked at the top of this page. Please fill in the form fully and accurately.
Important information:
- Prescriptions will be ready 3 working days after we receive your request.
- For safety reasons, repeat prescriptions cannot be issued during your consultation.
- Only medicines authorised by your doctor or nurse will be prescribed.
- Please order in advance, don’t wait until you’ve run out of your medication.
- Children are not permitted to collect prescriptions on behalf of family members.
