Community Midwives
Provide antenatal and postnatal care. Clinics are held at Bertram Children’s Centre, 6 Bertram Road, Small Heath, Birmingham B10 9QP. If you need directions, please contact the centre on 0121 675 5259.
Community Nurses
The community nursing team manage care within the community. They visit housebound patients in their homes and provide the necessary advice and care regarding wound management, continence care, catheter care and palliative care. They always liaise and work very closely with the doctors.
Health Visitors
Offer help, support and advice to mothers with children aged 0-5 years. They provide height and weight checks, developmental checks, and can also help if your child has behavioural problems or speech delay. Well Child Drop in baby clinics are held at the Golden Hillock Children’s Centre, 103-105 Golden Hillock Road, Small Heath Birmingham B10 0DP on Monday between 1pm and 3pm. The team can be contacted on 0121 334 0100.
Trainees
We are a training practice for Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Final Year Medical Students, Junior Doctors and specialist GP Trainees. You may interact with some of the trainees during your visit to the practice.
